We're finally on the home straight! This is the twelfth and final section in a series of walks of the much-loved national trail, the Cotswold Way, and the longest section yet.
We'll begin our walk at the end point of the previous section in the village of Dyrham, and will then make our way southwards towards Cold Ashton. From there we'll continue southwards past the village of Battlefields and the site of the Battle of Lansdown, skirting the village of North Stoke and the viewpoints of Prospect Stile and Kelston Round Hill, before descending into the city of Bath. We'll finish our walk outside the stunning Bath Abbey, around which are a wide array of pubs and cafes for post-walk refreshments!
