14 Mile (2047ft of ascent) loop starting in Brockweir where we follow the River Wye for a few miles before ascending through Bigsweir and Cadora Nature Reserves to Lower Redbrock. We return on the other side of the river along the Wye Valley Walk. Route climbs up to Cuckoo Wood and then descends back to the start.
Paths could be muddy and rocky so wear suitable footwear. It could be cold and wet as it's autumn so wear suitable clothing and pack a waterproof coat. Layers will allow you to regulate your temperature as you will get warm on the climbs.
Bring plenty of food and drink for the walk.
Can you please let me know if you are planning on attending and don't drive so I can try to arrange for enough drivers to be at the Water Tower.
I will meet you at the start.
I walk at a reasonable pace (3mph) so please consider this when attending.
Bring packed lunch. Pub to finish.
