We start in Wookey, making our way to the historic city of Wells, passing the 800 year old Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We then climb up through woodland to the Mendip Hills. Once on the top we cross fields and downland with some superb views before our descent back to Wookey.
Water proof boots are essential and gaiters and poles will be useful due to the wet and muddy conditions especially if there is more rain this week.
Bring a packed lunch. Pub to finish.
